Integrate Workload-API into API
API should support to either:
use existing Worklaod-APIs and the endpoint is passed via the API
a number of Workload-APIs is deployed during the deployment phase and kept for all runs
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage.
