Extend meta data generation during evaluation runtime

• vm uuids to identify physical host on private clouds
• extend monitoring data: publi ip + private ip + component type for each metric which is plotted
• extend monitoring data: disk io wait time
• extend monitoring data: plot automatically all dbms specific metrics in the time frame (check if this is possible)
• create a mapping from cloud provider agnostic template to concrete vm flavours, ie cloud, location, image, flavour per node
