Improve Timeseries Aggregation Plotting

Use the recent version of the plotting script on the master branch: https://omi-gitlab.e-technik.uni-ulm.de/mowgli/evaluation-orchestrator/blob/master/plotting/timeseries/aggregateTimeseries.py

provide label for event marker as input parameter
do not print event marker if no label is provided (also not in legend)
